The connector broke. Had to buy another one somewhere else. Cant show a picture without letting the company have access to my phone. Which i will not let happened.Came in a ziplock kitchen bag with a sticker. No box, paperwork, etc. Poor sound quality, with a dull faraway sound. On a positive note the earmuffs did fit my ears well with decent noise cancellation for the cheap price. In the end you get what you pay for. I would not buy again and would instead have gone with a $30 pair and hoped for a better quality.Bought these for my son. He said they are best. He loves gaming and these are prefect for him. And he is an adult, so may be a bit more critical than my grandkids.
