Mine came to my door the day it told me it would but the only thing was it had little tiny spots of rust on the thread on the inside but minus that it is perfectNot accurate size and description when advertisingCrown race was not the right size. Diagram claims the inner diameter of the crown race is 30 mm but mine came in at 28mm. This was not large enough to fit my fork and I had to machine 2 mm of material off with a dremel. Was able to work after this modification but be aware of bad tolerances. You should have this already. I ordered 2 different sizes and neither one worked. Sent both back just didn’t do the whole we code for both. I figured it didn’t matter since they traveled together.I've never left a review in here, but this ppl need to know, the crown race WONT fit the fork properly, specially when you install the fork back to the bike it will leave a huge gap and the bearing will not sit properly in its place, so spend the the extra money to get a better oneLearned How to . My caps were pressed deap So I reused the Old ones but Everything Else was used and The right price Allowed me to do that Without Too much lose if I messed it up . Thanks for the Pics and Info I needed to do this .Steel parts (rings) are not harden enough. After a couple of months a diameter of the upper inner steel ring got smaller. Its was rolled in by steel balls. What a crap. Important part for the tightening (conical ring) is made of plastic. What? For mountain bike bearing this is ridiculous. When I bought my Trek, I didn't know alot of the top cap components were missing until I used my front brakes. I really appreciated the installation diagram, because most of those parts were missing . I followed the diagram and it fit and works perfectly.Fast delivery, came within 2 days of ordering. The product was as described with all parts as shown. However bottom cap does not full seat to the crown of fork, had to use my old one, worked just fine.
