This is a great had that not only keeps your head & ears warm but the sound is incredible. I wear it to walk my dog and I absolutely love the style and fits great on my head and I have long thick hair so it fits perfect. There is a rip cord so you can close the back part, I stick my ponytail through it. A little difficult to take the electronic component out so it can be washed but nothing major at least you know it’s secure and fall out during use.Overall a great invention and well made product!!Gave this to my husband as a gift. He was surprised with the sound. He uses it for outdoor work around the house. Would buy this one again. Did order the different style under this company but wasn't impressed with that type (the one with the opening at the top).I bought this for 24yr old son and he loved it especially for work. Then my other two 18yr old boys had to have one, they love them!!I bought this first for my oldest for Christmas and it made my other sons jealous when they saw how great it worked. I came back and bought 3 more for my other adult children. They wear them to work in the factories and love it because they can wear it and still hear what is going on. I bought this on a whim and it ended being the gift everyone loves.I received this hat with no charger cable or instructions included. I had to purchase a cable in order to charge the hat. Overall the hat works fine. No issues but was very disappointed in what was not in the package.It’s not overly loud to other people, and definitely keeps you warm.The sound is fine for music, but I would not use for calls - it’s really quiet for call audio, and I can’t increase it. Not really a concern, because I really only wanted this to wear at the barn, so I have portable music as I get my barn chores doneProduct is nicely made, audio quality is pretty good. However, if you're someone like me with a big head, you may wanna look for bigger options. It's a little tight. Good for walking around outside listening to music or workingNot so good of you're just chilling and wearing casually, especially of it runs small on you.Gift for husband.He said it works great, but you can’t get it wet (which is a problem for outdoor wear in Seattle, Wa. Rain/ Snow)These are just what I expected very goodI bought this for my grandson, he likes slouch toques/beanies and this one includes bluetooth so he'll love it.
