I just got off a TEAMS call for work. People were complaining about my cell phone that I had to call in with echoing. It was annoying to me as well and I finally broke down and got something for our meetings. The call quality and crispness of sound was AMAZING. I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase. No software to download -- which is perfect because I am working on a company-owned computer and cannot install "outside software". All you do is plug it in and it works. The instructions were very clear and simple. The only drawback (but not really one, honestly) is that I have to unplug it after the calls because the sounds are coming from the headset when it is plugged in and I really don't want to wear my headset all day just because of a 1 hour phone call.Anyway, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND based on how simple, clear, and functional this headset is. No one will ever complain about my echo again during meetings.
