I teach Jazzercise three to four times a week. My body pack, an AKG PT45, worked fine (I tested it with another instructor's mic), but my mic went dead after 4 years. I chose this as a replacement over the AKG mic, which was much more expensive. Several instructors recommended this as a replacement, so I felt confident in my purchase. After using it, however, it started popping in and out after the second class. Sometimes it wouldn't even turn on and I had to grab another mic. So why am I giving this 5 stars? THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I contacted Super Audio World and told them of my issue. I heard back immediately and they reimbursed me for my return AND quickly sent out a new replacement. Two weeks in, I have had no issues the new mic. Turns out the first one was a dud. (It happens.) I would recommend this mic and this company to anyone.
