Earbuds work very intermittently and thus make it impossible to listen to music or talk on the phone. Tried them for a couple of days to see if it would get better but nothing. Had to return them.The instructions are almost, kind of clear. But they don’t explain much, like LED meanings. Finally got them charged and tried them out today. Paired easily to an iPhone, but noticed that the sound from the left earbud is way better than the right. It’s like the right ear bud is strictly for treble/high end, while the left has a full range of sound. It throws me off a little when using both at the same time, like the left one is too loud and the right one isn’t nearly loud enough. They will work for a cheap pair I can use at work and while mowing, was just hoping better quality.One good thing is the delivery process was quick. Other than that, horrible quality and horrible battery life. I admit, I got fooled by the reviews.These wireless ear buds never did work correctly. They will not hold the charge in both ears for very long. In fact it takes all day for a charge and that is when it is charging. The Audio is horrible and it was a gift to my grandson and he cannot even enjoy themI was excited about this product. After receiving this product it is absolutely terrible. Calls are consistently dropped, Bluetooth does not stay connected, the sound in the ear buds is beyond terrible and even if it is up all the way have a hard time of hearing. I would not recommend this product and am very dissatisfied in this purchase.Battery charge would not hold. And for few minutes battery worked the sound quality was terrible. Had to return this product. Giving item one star because it is forcing me to select a star rating. If I had option to put no rating, I would select that.
